1. General<\/h3>

These terms and conditions apply to all reservations, purchases, services and agreements of Wijnrestaurant Mes Amis, located in Maastricht.<\/p>

By making a reservation or using our services, guests agree to these terms and conditions.<\/p>

2. Reservations<\/h3>

Reservations can be made through our website, by phone or by email. A reservation is only considered final once it has been confirmed by Wijnrestaurant Mes Amis.<\/p>

We kindly request guests to arrive on time. In case of a delay of more than 30 minutes without notice, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.<\/p>

3. Cancellations<\/h3>

Restaurant Reservations<\/h4>

Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the reservation. In case of cancellation within 24 hours or in the event of a no-show, we reserve the right to charge cancellation fees.<\/p>

Events and Special Arrangements<\/h4>

Different cancellation conditions may apply for special events, wine dinners or group reservations. These conditions will be communicated in advance.\u00a0<\/p>

4. Allergies and Dietary Requirements<\/h3>

We are happy to accommodate allergies and dietary requirements, provided they are communicated in advance. Despite our careful procedures, we cannot fully guarantee the absence of cross-contamination.<\/p>

5. Gift Vouchers<\/h3>

Gift vouchers issued by Wijnrestaurant Mes Amis cannot be exchanged for cash and must be used within the stated validity period.<\/p>

6. Liability<\/h3>

Wijnrestaurant Mes Amis is not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings of guests.<\/p>

Our liability is limited to direct damages caused by proven negligence.<\/p>

7. Alcohol<\/h3>

We do not serve alcohol to persons under the legal drinking age. In case of doubt, identification may be requested.<\/p>

8. Applicable Law<\/h3>
