Terms and Conditions

1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all reservations, purchases, services and agreements of Wijnrestaurant Mes Amis, located in Maastricht.

By making a reservation or using our services, guests agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Reservations

Reservations can be made through our website, by phone or by email. A reservation is only considered final once it has been confirmed by Wijnrestaurant Mes Amis.

We kindly request guests to arrive on time. In case of a delay of more than 30 minutes without notice, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

3. Cancellations

Restaurant Reservations

Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the reservation. In case of cancellation within 24 hours or in the event of a no-show, we reserve the right to charge cancellation fees.

Events and Special Arrangements

Different cancellation conditions may apply for special events, wine dinners or group reservations. These conditions will be communicated in advance. 

4. Allergies and Dietary Requirements

We are happy to accommodate allergies and dietary requirements, provided they are communicated in advance. Despite our careful procedures, we cannot fully guarantee the absence of cross-contamination.

5. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers issued by Wijnrestaurant Mes Amis cannot be exchanged for cash and must be used within the stated validity period.

6. Liability

Wijnrestaurant Mes Amis is not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings of guests.

Our liability is limited to direct damages caused by proven negligence.

7. Alcohol

We do not serve alcohol to persons under the legal drinking age. In case of doubt, identification may be requested.

8. Applicable Law

All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Limburg, the Netherlands.
