“I started my own laundry business almost 35 years ago, in 1992, after gaining knowledge and experience during my time in America. A great deal has changed in my profession over the years. Fewer and fewer restaurants set their tables with starched linen tablecloths and napkins these days. I think that's a shame. A beautifully laid table creates atmosphere, conveys a sense of luxury and invites guests to stay just a little longer. Perhaps that is also what has made Mes Amis so special throughout all these years: its attention to detail. It is precisely those little touches that make guests feel truly welcome.
